Who Provides the Equipment and Cleaning Supplies?
Typically, we will provide all equipment and chemicals unless the customer has specific cleaning needs and they would prefer to supply all chemicals and equipment.
Will I Have to Sign a Contract With Green Mountain Group?
Green Mountain Group is a performance based company, therefore, we do not have contracts. We work hard to partner with our customer’s to meet and exceed your expectations. We have open lines of communication and are proactively engaging with our customer’s and our staff.

What Is the Difference Between 1st Initial Cleaning (Deep Cleaning) and Nightly Janitorial Cleaning?
Sometimes when a space has been neglected over time, Green Mountain needs to invest extra time to ensure your space is up to your standards on an a going forward basis. The extra time necessary will be discussed in advance and is not necessary for all jobs. Nightly janitorial is our agreed upon plan of how your space should look when you enter your facility/office. This plan is customizable to meet the needs of you and your building.
